No... and yes! All of Joolspace is wide open and free for everybody. No memberships, no passwords, no fees, no strings attached. We want you to enjoy and use Joolspace for all it's worth!

However, to contribute comments to the FORUM and display photos in the GALLERY, you need to officially join the Joolspace COMMUNITY. And other membership privileges will be added as Joolspace develops.

Becoming a member of the Joolspace Community is free and very easy:

1. Click the "Join Community" button (left side of any page).
2. Create your Profile.
3. Submit the Form.
4. Congratulations, you are now a member!
5. Log in with your Username and Password (left side of any page) when you want to contribute to the Forum and Gallery.

Absolutely. Your membership information is for membership purposes only, and will not be shared with any outside parties. You can decide how much of your information is publicly displayed.

If your business provides supplies or services to beaders & jewelry-makers, you should be listed in our Directory. This includes:

• Bead Stores retailing beads, findings and other jewelry-making supplies
• Bead Societies and other jewelry-maker associations
• Web Stores and eBay Stores selling jewelry-making supplies
  
• Services for the jewelry-making community

The Directory will not list:

• Wholesalers and Manufacturers
• Businesses, Web Stores and eBay Stores based in Asia
• Jewelry Retailers

Classified Ads are open for anyone to buy, sell, give or trade products and services, as long as the ad has some connection to making jewelry. This includes:

• Bead Retail Stores or online Stores who may already be listed in the Directory, but who want extra exposure for their products and services
• Individuals who have jewelry-related items they would like to sell or give away
• Seekers looking for specific items
• Organizers of special events such as jewelry shows and bead fairs
• Services for the jewelry-making community

Joolspace reserves the right to omit or adjust ads that do not fit the purpose of our site. For example, the Classified Ads will not list:

• Wholesalers, or businesses based in Asia. (Eventually, we will provide opportunities to present your business to Joolspace's reseller community.)
• Jewelry Manufacturers or Retailers. Joolspace is currently a community of jewelry-makers, not jewelry-buyers. (Eventually, we will provide opportunities to present your business to Joolspace's reseller community and/or to the jewelry-buying public.)

If your business provides supplies or services to beaders & jewelry-makers, we want Joolspace visitors to know about you. You are welcome to promote your business in several ways:

• List your business(es) in the Directory, with full and accurate information.
• Submit Classified Ads about your products and services.
• Join the Joolspace Community and participate in the Forum and Gallery. (But don't use the Community for outright "advertising" - just mention your business in passing, and have a link in your signature.)

Eventually, we will develop other ways to promote your business to Joolspace's thousands of members and visitors.
